Paddy Armstrong graduated from Durham University with an Honours degree in Theoretical Physics, then studied for a post graduate Diploma in Education and has worked for the last thirty years in the UK independent school sector.

He has held positions as Senior Boarding Housemaster, Director of Academic Studies,

Finance Director ( Bursar ), Overseas Marketing Director and Director of Development. Much of his work has been with overseas students, particularly from Hong Kong and he is a member of the British Council Practitioners Panel.
